About the Role:
We’re on the hunt for a technically sharp, hands-on engineer to lead the implementation and management ofa high-quality AI-powered voice system.
In this practical, execution-driven role, you’ll take charge of installing,configuring, training, and fine-tuning voice models.
You’ll be deeply involved in every step of the setup: preparing training data,optimizing parameters, and ensuring a smooth, efficient operationfrom start to finish. If you thrive on turning cutting-edge AI models into real-world solutions, we’d love to hear from you.
Requirements:
- Solid experience with machine learning or deep learning technologies.
- Proficiency in Python and common ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow)
- Familiarity with managing open-source projects, dependencies, and virtual environments
- Experience with cloud services and/or local GPU-accelerated training setups
- Ability to work independently and communicate clearly
- Good communication skills
- Documenting and explaining workflows, creating and analyzing reports
Adventages:
- Background in voice cloning, TTS, or generative audio models
- Experience with dataset preprocessing, audio cleaning, and formatting
- Familiarity with Docker or containerized deployments
