Embedded Software Engineer

We’re expanding our Embedded Systems team and looking for a skilled Embedded Software Engineer with deep expertise in low-level embedded software development. You’ll be working on projects for a renowned manufacturer of air conditioning controllers, thermostats, and HVAC devices—serving both centralized and residential systems.

Our team plays a key role in delivering tailored embedded solutions that meet the specific needs and requirements of our client’s global customer base.

What You’ll Need:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in embedded software development
• University degree in electronics, robotics or automation
• Proficiency in bare-metal programming and working with Real-Time Operating Systems (RTOS)
• Solid experience with STM32 and Microchip microcontrollers
• Experience with ESP32 and IoT communication protocols (e.g., MQTT, BLE, Wi-Fi)
• Familiarity with hardware design principles
• Competence in using measurement and diagnostic equipment (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, etc.)
• Excellent debugging skills across both software and hardware layers
